Le 27 octobre 2015, je reçois un email de l’avocat de McDonald’s France Éric Andrieu du cabinet Péchenard & Associés.

L’avocat commet une faute exceptionnellement grave en confirmant “à [ses] clients que l’opération [note: en réalité une escroquerie] était conforme aux règles des droits français et européen.” C’est bien évidemment faux. Soit il est incompétent, soit il est complice.

J’apprendrai par la suite qu’Éric Andrieu est le meilleur ami de Frédéric Péchenard.
