Vincent B. Le Corre forwards to Adam Rogalski, Assistant Legal Attaché at the United States Embassy in Beijing, the email he had sent to his lawyer on 12 October 2022, together with the two transcripts and the audio recordings. In the covering message he states that France has tortured him, asks that the same not be done to him again, and repeats the questions he has been putting for months: who is the FBI victim specialist for this racketeering enterprise case, and who is the lead agent in charge of it.
This message carries no new statement by the psychiatrist. Its significance is that the same evidence package, unchanged, reaches a United States federal law-enforcement liaison ten months before it reaches the French diplomatic post in Beijing.
Nature of the document: forward — the same content sent on to a new recipient. It contains no new statement by the psychiatrist.
Original language of the message: English.
