Eleven minutes later, Vincent B. Le Corre forwards to the same recipient the second of the two October 2022 messages — the one carrying the uncut continuation of the recording. He notes that the two transcripts belong to a case filed with the European Court of Human Rights and sit inside the folder he shares with the FBI, and he asks the Assistant Legal Attaché to listen to what the psychiatrist said, adding that it ruined his life.
He also mentions that professor of law Yves Strickler had told him he was well founded to go before the European Court of Human Rights, and had asked to be notified when the Court ruled on one of the applications — so confident was he that the case would succeed.
This message carries no new statement by the psychiatrist.
Nature of the document: forward — the same content sent on to a new recipient. It contains no new statement by the psychiatrist.
