An hour and a half later, Vincent B. Le Corre forwards to the same recipients the second October 2022 message — the one carrying the uncut continuation of the recording. He explains that a few hours after sending his lawyer the email they have already received, he resolved to send him the further part he had initially left out.

Like the previous message, it opens with the request for confirmation of receipt and renews, under article L111-2 of the French Code of relations between the public and the administration, the request for the identity of the agent in charge of his file.

This is the message whose subject line — “Why psychological torture for me?” — appears in the two read receipts that follow.
